They provided pictures of the construction on BuilderTrend and it is a wonderful tool that they really utilized to make sure we were never out of the loop. We had absolutely no surprises on the budget which was reviewed and approved prior to construction in great detail. Jon, who managed the build on a day-to-day basis, in fact has a keen eye for quality. I am an engineer by profession, and I thought I was particular, Jon is my equal in that regard for sure. If anything was not to my liking Jon ensured that I was taken care of immediately. They are 100% focused on making sure your vision of your home is realized. We certainly challenged them with some aspects of our build, and they delivered. I spoke to many realtors on the lake and asked them who were the top three builders on the lake.
