Our Dayton Plan is a 2,500 sq. ft. country craftsman-style home with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a 3-car garage.

The exterior of the home includes stone, brick, cedar, and batten in board that adds charm and sophistication. Inside, you’ll notice stone-wrapped cedar columns, a cedar beam dining room, and a two-sided fireplace that is shared with the living room.

You will also enjoy a study with a vaulted ceiling, a spacious laundry room, a secondary bath, and powder rooms. The back of the home includes a covered patio, outdoor fireplace, and grill.

The open kitchen includes a large island and a corner pantry. Connecting with the living room, the kitchen and living room area include vaulted ceilings with exposed cedar bears and a number of glass windows, taking advantage of the outdoor views.

The master suite is located on the back of the home and includes a vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows. The master bath includes a free-standing tub, a large walk-in shower, his and her vanities, and closets.
