This gorgeous 3,150 sq. ft. house is inspired by the Texas Hill Country. Our Benjamin Plan creates a beautiful silhouette on any lake property with its 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, optional bonus rooms, and an oversized 2-car garage.
The exterior is adorned with stone, brick, and cedar. The large wrought iron entry door gives way to an expansive 32’ vaulted living room, dining room, and kitchen. The vaulted space is accented with hand-honed beams and skylights.
Knotty Alder cabinets and wood floors add warmth to the space. The open kitchen has a large island and ample countertops for food prep and entertaining.
The back of the living and dining rooms provide an enhanced view of the lake through the use of glass expanse door panels. The panels are also completely open to create a unique indoor/outdoor environment.
There’s also no need to worry about bugs since the large covered patio utilizes a hidden retractable that automatically encloses the space.
The master retreat is spacious with views of the lake below. The bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower, free-standing tub, separate vanities, and a linen closet. The master closet is the perfect size and includes built-in dressers.
