Our Middleton Plan is a modern twist to this Hill Country design. With 4,228 in air-conditioned living space, you can enjoy the outdoors with almost 1,000 square feet of covered porches plus a 3-car garage.

This home includes 3 bedrooms with full bathrooms, an office, and an extra-large media/game room with a half bathroom. It also includes a large outdoor living space for entertaining and a combined laundry/closet combo for convenience.

An attractive mix of colors and textures on the front of the house provide interest and the vaulted porch with a wrought iron double door sets the tone for this home.

Upon entry, you’ll see a vaulted ceiling with a wood beam. Directly off the foyer is the study with a huge barn door entry and a beautiful wood ceiling accent. The stunning great room has a vault and a series of stained beams that are just amazing.

The large slider back patio door provides plenty of light and ease of access to the spacious covered back porch with an outdoor fireplace and retractable screens.
