The Dickinson Plan is a prime example of the style, spaces, and colors of a modern farmhouse design. You can enjoy expansive covered porches, an oversized garage garage, and an RV garage.

The home features an attractive mix of board and batten siding, cedar posts, and metal roof accents. With the outside of the home featuring many colors and textures, the wooden door sets the tone for the rest of the space.

As you enter the home, your attention is drawn to the wood floors, wood beam headers, and farmhouse light fixtures. One side of the entryway provides access to an office while the other leads to the secondary bedrooms.

Through the foyer sits the double-vaulted great room. The vaults connect the kitchen, family room, and outdoor patio, providing an abundance of light and interesting design features. In the living room, wooden beams and an enormous stone facade fireplace shape the space.

When you enter the kitchen, you’ll notice beautiful shaker-style cabinets, gorgeous granite countertops with brick backsplashes, and an oversized island with seating. The walk-in pantry is conveniently located in the kitchen. When you’re done in the kitchen, enjoy the sunny nook with oversized windows.

The master bedroom is spacious and includes a tray ceiling and large windows. When you enter the master bath, you see a large walk-in shower and free-standing bathtub. On each side of the door is a vanity providing individual space. The closet is large with a 10’ ceiling that allows for 3 rows to hang clothes.
