Our Blair Plan is a modern Italian lake home masterpiece that maximizes your view of the lake. With its extensive 2 stories, you enjoy 6 bedrooms, an exercise room, a home office, a tearoom, a media room, a wine tasting room and cellar, as well as covered porches and balconies.

The home exterior is made of natural Austin stone and stucco. As you enter the home, you’re welcomed by hand-forged steel handrails, balusters, and wooden steps leading to the second floor. Behind the staircase, you can find the entrance to the wine-tasting room and cellar.

As you step through the gallery walkway, the living and dining areas open up into an elegant room decorated with a sealed gas fireplace and a cast stone mantle. The beams in the ceiling add warmth to the space.

The fully equipped kitchen includes multiple ovens, a microwave, a wine bar, a cooktop, a refrigerator, a freeze, and a custom-fabricated copper vent hood. The large island provides ample seating and storage.

Behind the main kitchen is a catering kitchen complete with custom cabinetry, an ice maker, refrigerator, microwave, sink, and dishwasher. This home is a cook’s dream come true!

The state-of-the-art multipurpose room includes stadium seating, a golf simulator, a theatre screen, a media component room, and more.

Enjoy afternoon tea in the tea room that features cathedral-style windows and a beautiful view of the lake.

The L-shaped covered patio includes 2 ceiling heaters, a gas fireplace, ceiling fans, oscillating misting fans, and 8 retractable screens. The outdoor patio also includes a kitchen, complete with an outdoor grill, pizza oven, kegger, sink, gas cooktop, and refrigerator.

The spacious master bedroom includes a fireplace and seating room near the large windows. The master bath includes his and hers dressing areas, separate vanities, a barrel arch ceiling, a glass-enclosed wet area with his and her showers, and a free-standing tub.

The exterior of the wet area contains large windows that turn from opaque to clear with the flip of a switch. The large master closet has an abundance of hanging space, retractable rods, built-in laundry baskets, and a large center dresser.

A glass-enclosed office is perfectly situated for work with a view. To the right of the entry, you will find guest quarters that include a vaulted ceiling, an on-suite bath, a steamer shower, and a walk-in closet.

Upstairs, you will find the large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has access to the 40’ wide covered balcony. The balcony has tile floors with integrated drains, ceiling fans, and oscillating misting fans for those hot summer days.

In the center of the upstairs, the community room is great for gatherings with a small kitchenette. You can also find an exercise room, laundry room, and bunkroom with a reading window and private bath and balcony.

The luxurious finishes in the home include hardwood floors, quartz countertops, custom full overlay cabinets, soft close doors and drawers, custom wrought iron front doors, Pella windows and doors, custom accent paints throughout, custom molding, and much more!
