The Basset Home exemplifies craftsmanship. With 800 feet of covered porches, you can take full advantage of your outdoor space.

The exterior features a mixture of several beautiful materials, including board and batten, rock, cedar posts, cedar shake siding, cedar garage doors, and metal roof accents.

As you walk into the living and dining area, your gaze is guided upwards toward the vault that runs from the front of the home to the back patio. The accented ceiling features wooden beams and stained v-groove wood.

The sliding doors in the living room provide easy access to the covered back porch, which includes a large stone façade fireplace and entry to a screened-in area.

Inside, the wooden floor brings warmth to the space, and an oversized rock façade fireplace completes the look.

The kitchen features large windows that provide natural light and amazing lines of site inside and outside the home. It also features a large central island with room for 4 chairs.

The master suite has a vaulted wood ceiling with a central beam. Several windows and a convenient French door to the covered patio complete the space. The master bath provides ample room and includes a free-standing tub, an oversized shower, his and her sinks, and a walk-in closet.

On the other side of the first floor are two bedrooms each with en-suite baths. Wooden stairs take you up to the bunkroom, bathroom, and craft room.

This floor plan was one of the first developed by Mike Blake Custom Homes in 2015. It went on to win them their first design award.
